Christina Chelette, MS, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
Hi, I’m Christina.
Many people come to therapy feeling disconnected — from themselves, their bodies, or their relationships — and wanting something to shift. I offer trauma-informed, relational therapy to clients seeking deeper self-understanding, healthier relationships, and more sustainable ways of coping. Therapy is a collaborative, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and lived experiences without judgment.
I especially enjoy working with artists and creatives, drawing from my background as a dance artist and a strong appreciation for the mind–body connection. My work is grounded in somatic modalities that support clients in developing awareness of their nervous system, releasing stress held in the body, and feeling more grounded and present. By integrating emotional and physical experiences, this approach can foster increased resilience, deeper self-awareness, and lasting change.
I am committed to providing an affirming and inclusive space, particularly for members of the queer community. I support clients navigating trauma, recent or ongoing stressors, and relational challenges.
