Leticia Meza, MSW, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Hi, I’m Leticia.

Whether you are beginning therapy for the first time or continuing your healing journey, I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to prioritize your mental health. Seeking support can feel vulnerable, and I am honored you’re considering taking that step.

I am a bilingual therapist who provides services in English and Spanish (and Spanglish works too!). As a Latina woman, I value the importance of culturally responsive care and strive to create a space where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered. I am passionate about supporting individuals whose cultural identities, family experiences, and lived realities shape the challenges they face and the strengths they bring to therapy.

My clinical work focuses on trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and helping clients navigate the complexities of the systems and institutions that impact their lives. I particularly enjoy working with young adults as they explore identity, relationships, career paths, and other significant transitions.

I view therapy as a collaborative partnership built on trust, authenticity, and respect. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you, helping you develop insight, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change. Together, we can create a safe and supportive environment where healing, growth, and self-discovery can take place.
